  • Transactions from $5,000.00 and up
  • Terms of 12 months up to 84 months are available.
  • $495 administrative fee required on all transactions.
  • Approvals are valid for 30 days.
  • All submissions must provide the last 3 months of complete Business Bank Statements
  • All submissions must provide the last 3 months of complete Merchant processing statements
  • Prefunding is available in most cases. Up to 100% of the cost can be done.
  • 90 Day Deferred Payments are available.
Restricted Equipment & Industries:
  • No Physical Therapists
  • Must be Incorporated (No Sole Proprietors)
  • Medical Lasers are Ok 
  • Software Only is Ok (terms may be limited)
